Do not use Jeffrey Lunderstadt of Achieve Realty

We made an offer on a house which was accepted by the seller. The agreement was signed. The sellers wanted to alter the original agreement so negotiations ensued. After two weeks into the process, Jeff Lunderstatd, of the Arlene Guastella Group, Achieve Realty, emailed our agent saying he hadn't heard from us (even though we have emails to prove otherwise) so he resurrected another offer for more money from another party. We are currently pursuing litigation against Lunderstadt and Achieve Realty. A lien has been filed on the house until this is resolved. They have avoided efforts to resolve the issue by saying their cell phone, email, etc were down. They also used intimidation to try to get us not to file the lis pendens. We have filed a complaint with the BBB as well. I would never recommend this "agent" or his company." The are completely unethical and incompetent. We has not response from them to this day and have been contacted by the sellers of the home. They admitted they had no idea we still wanted the house and now they had to hire an attorney as well. Stay away from Achieve Realty, The Arlene Guastella Group, AND Jeffrey Lunderstadt!
