tried to block my best friend from renting an apartment and deliberately raised the price at the last minute to build in more commission for himself. My friend couldn't even get standard rental agreement terms included in the lease such as, termination, return of security and that monies aren't paid out till home owner association approval was obtained. My personal opinion is that if you're considering working with this team then watch out and read thoroughly. Their agreements include language that binds you and everyone associated with you, terms not disclosed in the property listing, and terms that are unacceptable to anyone that would actuallyread the documents. The only reason I can think of as to why the apartment my friend rented was empty for so long is despite lots of visitors and terrific rent amount is that once any prospect read the ridiculous lease they couldn't agree to it. I believe this because the Lynn realtor kept sending leases that didn't match up to what was agreed upon and then, when pressed to commit, he said he was not representing the apartment anymore and that my friend couldn't live there.
Once Lynn realtor removed himself, my friend was able to reach out to the owner and put him with his own pro realtor. Things got done expertly and quickly - well done Regency Realty - Nancy, I think you are the absolute best realtor in Boca Raton.
