Susan Kline, Realtor, ReMax of Valencia & Deutsche Bank

Postby petra » Tue Mar 08, 2011 5:29 pm

Realtor Susan Kline who works at ReMax of Valencia, CA has been sued for conspiracy, fraud, negligence and violation of civil codes. She was the property manager serving Deutsche Bank/IndyMac/OneWest Bank on a house that the banks foreclosed upon (with no notice to the tenants). When the banks sent a team of men to break into the house to clean it out while tenants were still living in it legally (with all their property and pets), Susan Kline concealed information from the tenants about who the culprits were or even who the new owners of the property were. Ms. Kline was questioned and even had to be warned by the local sheriff's department against harassing the legally residing tenants with her various attempts at cash for keys.

It was later discovered that Susan Kline also engaged in defamation of the tenants during conversations she had with Field Asset Services, Inc., the company that worked for the banks in hiring the local clean out crew by the name of Monster Mowers of Lancaster, CA (owned by Matthew Jay Cohick). Monster Mowers were the ones who trespassed and threatened to break into the tenants' house and threatened one of them with physical harm. Instead of helping the tenants to report the abusive and illegal threat, Susan Kline just hid all of the information, lied to the sheriff and continued her own threats of eviction against the senior couple.

SUSAN KLINE'S EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS related to this story. The parties:
IndyMac (which is OneWest Bank), acting on behalf of Deutsche Bank, realtor Susan Kline (Valencia California), Field Asset Services, Monster Mowers, Inc.-Matthew Cohick (Palmdale, CA company) -- Defendants in a California lawsuit for trespass (attempted break-in), invasion of privacy, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress (concealment, civil and penal code violations) claim they never had ANY communications with one another about ANYTHING related to the the attempted break-in at the property of Plaintiffs, who were legally residing tenants in a house that had been foreclosed without their knowledge.

The Parties:
Susan Kline, Re/Max, Valencia, CA = sklinerealtor @ aol.com

Dushan Arnold of IndyMac-OneWest Bank = Dushan.Arnold @ imb.com

Joan Mougel, VP of Field Asset Services = joan.mougel @fieldassets.com

Jonathan Wolfe of IndyMac-OneWest Bank = Jonathan.Wolfe @owb.com

Sandy Standish of IndyMac-OneWest Bank = Sandy.Standish @imb.com

You will note that these communications do not reflect the severity of the actual incident because the defendants never took the tenants (Plaintiffs) seriously when they complained. Plaintiffs had been trying to contact the banks that took their home since the day after the incident but were thwarted in their efforts by SUSAN KLINE, REMAX realtor (her current workplace) and JOAN MOUGEL of FIELD ASSET SERVICES, both of whom knew that "vendor" MONSTER MOWERS (and owner MATTHEW COHICK) had been sent to improperly and prematurely clean out the tenants' home yet they CONCEALED this information from the tenants.

LETTER DELIVERED TO PLAINTIFFS’ HOME
May 22, 2009 (2-days after attempted break in at Plaintiffs’ home)

RE: CASH FOR KEYS OFFER

"To the Occupants

This property has been purchased at a foreclosure sale and an eviction action has been started which requires you to vacate the property." (THIS IS A LIE - EVICTION ACTION WAS ONLY BEGUN TWO MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THIS LETTER) "The new owner (WHY DOESN'T SHE NAME THE BANK?) has authorized me to offer you a cash incentive to vacate quickly. I urge you to contact me within 24 hours to discuss the arrangements. Please call today, as we may be able to help you!.
Thank you

Susan Kline"

“What they folks have told Judd is that they keep getting calls from our vendor Matt (Monster Mowers) and are afraid to leave their house becasue they see Monster Mowers Trucks looking at their house every couple of days. Susan Kline was investigated by the Los Angeles District Attorney's office and the California Bar Association for impersonating an attorney. She actually filed a TRO against one of her victims related to the above story because he sent her two non-threatening letters saying she owed him a debt for all the wrongdoing done to him. This realtor is supported by RE/MAX, Valencia, CA where she now works.
