New website in Beta. Looking for feedback.

Our company has just launched the beta test version of our site. Our business concept is to leverage technology to streamline the home buying and selling process which allows us to offer a commission rebate to our clients.

We would really appreciate some feedback on what we have so far (which is not much). We would also like to hear what features and tools we could create to add value to home buyers and sellers.
