Hi, I just signed up after reading several ratings on Realtors. It seems there are quite a few bad ones out there. Please realize that all of us are not alike. I have yet to be rated but I do give my all to my clients. I look forward to seeing how well I rate! I promise to work on any negatives; I want to be the best Realtor around! You can check out my company's website at: www.leoparker.com

A lot of realtors would not ask for postive feedback either, so most of the reviews are from people who have had a negative experience for whatever reason or another. I agree there are some bad apples however, we need to start asking for more positive feedbacks more often.

My name is Alan Pratten, I am a victim of a slanderous attack on this site and I am not happy. This site is an opportunity for anyone to post untruthful, malicious and libelous content anonymously. It is not fair to the good people in the industry
and it disenfranchises decent hardworking, honest Realtors. If anyone wants to post their comments it must be with the full disclosure of their identity or there is no credibility in the site. Postings should not be allowed if anonymous and if it continues those offended by the process should join me in a class action lawsuit against the site to force them to reveal the identity of the posters and to claim pecuniary damages. The posting are now under review, but they were posted for some time before someone brought it to my attention and by them the damage may have caused me to lose clients and commisions.

I think people are, unfortunately, more likely to report bad experiences than positive ones.

My name is Susan Severson, and I am also a victim of a slanderous attack on this site, and the poster remained anonymous. I cannot reconcile the unfavorable comments with any experience I have had with a client, although I have had to advise some customers in the last three years that they may be better off working with another Realtor as I could not meet their needs in a satisfactory manner. I always try to do the best job for my clients, and if they have needs I feel I cannot meet, I am very straight forward with them. I would never try to push anyone to buy a home they are not 100% comfortable buying. I agree that comments should require full disclosure so that the "victim" (me) has an opportunity to respond. I was not even aware of this website until just about two weeks ago (today is 2/14/13). Obviously, RatingZ.net has my information, which means they have my email address. Comments should be vetted.
