Ray Crotts Prudential Spartanburg SC West Office is awful

I wouldn't use Ray to sell a dog house. Ray comes across as an "awe schucks" kind of good ol boy when really he is worthless and lazy. Ray actually was my neighbor and I was going through a divorce. My ex wife lived in the house located 2 streets over from Ray Crotts while I moved to Alabama. Ray was excited about listing the house since he was a neighbor and felt comfortable selling in his own neighborhood. The courts allowed my ex to live in the house but I was ordered to make hose payments due to the discrepency in our income. The courts granted me 100% control over the selling and marketing of the house and I was also given the tax write off. Basically my ex was a legal squatter. Ray listed the house and never showed it. He continued to ger horrible feedback from realtors with other firms concerning the cleanliness of the house. I asked ray , since I was 2 states away and he was 2 streets away to do a walkthrough of the house and provide me a checklist of what needed to be repaired including the dog urine soaked carpet. Ray refused to do it and sent me a text saying he was not going to make my ex and kids hate him to sell my house. Well last time I checked the courts gave mew contrfol. Ray finally broke this news to me 9 months after he had the listing and I fired him. Ray should have passed this contract on to another realtor if he felt uncomfortable with this arrangement. Ray never answered my calls. ray would take 3-4 days to call me back after a message was left. Ray admitted he had my house and hadn't set foot in it in months even though it was hisw listing and he lived 2 streets over. Ray is Lazy and worthlesss. He will not attempt to show or sell your house unless it's easy and the clients fall into his lap. I have sokd 6 houses in my 44 yeaqrs of life and Ray Crotts of Spartanburg South Carolina is by far the Worst Realtor I have ever worked with. I truly believe a monkey could do a better job selling a house than Ray Crotts. Ray is 2 faced as well he would tell my ex one thing and me another. Ray would tell me what I wanted to hear because he new I was 7 hours away and couldn't validate his info. Pass on Ray Crotts or you could be paying that mortgage for a very long time.
