This buyer is an idiot. He says that he overpaid for a house that Dan was listing. So he blames Dan? Makes no sense. Sounds to me like Dan got top dollar for his client, while this buyer is the one who got no guidance. If the purchase price is too high you walk away; you don't buy it and then complain about being ripped off. Dan was NOT his agent so he had no duty to appease him, only his client, the seller. You don't buy something then complain that you overpaid. Any logical person would keep that info private as to not seem like a complete moron. Clearly, this buyer proves a wise man's proverb, "there's no shortage of idiots in the world."
