If you are looking for a buyers agent Adam & team are not for you. They do not respect budgets and are more concerned with closing a deal and convincing you to do that than working as your advocate. One small example: after what was not the easiest closing, we asked that keys be left somewhere at the house for the painters to pick up the following day (we are still out of town). When they called to say title transferred we were informed the seller still had the keys AND he would be putting them in our "hiding spot." Unprofessional? Yes. |
