Mick & Julie were the best Real Estate Agents and representatives we could have asked for in finding our new home. After 8 months of searching for homes, they help us find our way to the right one. They were patient beyond words, flexible and work around our schedule even in really bad weather. They asked the right questions to help narrow our search and never tried to force a home unless we felt sure. Mick & julie are dedicated, professional, ethical, and caring. In the past 3 years i have bought two properties and sold 1. all 3 transactions have been with Mick and Julie Perez. Why? Because they are good at what they do, and they form a personal relationship with their clients. they made me feel confident and trusting in them. they truly value their clients and do anything within their power to work for and with the customer. When i decide to buy or sell in the future the first call will be to Mick and Julie Perez. |

My experience with Mick and Julie Perez was outstanding. Thier knowlege of the local Real Estate Market made the difference in finding the right home for our family. I was very impressed with the terms they were able to negotiate on the purchase of the property, we paid less than I expected AND the seller paid our closing costs. Mick & Julie were both energetic but also didn't make us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. I recommend these agents to anyone looking to buy a home!! |

Mick and julie were really great people when they helped me and my family make our transition from richmond to lancater.they made us feel really safe and comfortable because they were so trustworthy and loving towards me and my family.they were very hard workers no matter what happened.also my family loved having them aound and enjoyed their company a lot.my wife and two sons said that they were really great people me and my family are really lucky to have found them. They would not stop working hard to find a house that was suited for my family and I no matter what happened or what the circumstances were.in short mick and julie were the best real estate agents ever and that if you need a realestate agent mick and julie are the best no matter what the problem is. |

Thank you Mick and Julie Perez!!You guys were a lifesaver. I needed to sell my house fast and knowing how bad the market is and how many upset buyers and sellers there are out there you still pulled it off! It was touch and go for awhile because of the lending situation and the buyers started to get shakey, but you guys were able to hold it together. Thanks again and I am looking forward to working with you in the future. |

Mick and Julie represented us on our beautiful house in Palmdale. We've purchased a few houses in the past, so we were very aware of what the agent is required to do. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They were hands on through out the transaction, following up with the loan officer, escrow, ispections etc. They even battled with the sellers agent, when the seller tried to change the length of the escrow, knowing that we had already rented or current home out and had no place to go. They were also very friendly and we continue to be friends long after the close of escrow. We highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their home. They will walk you through it step by step and carefully explain in detail all the contingencies and verbage that are hidden in the lengthy contracts. They are highly recommended. |

Mick & Julie Perez sold our house in West Lancaster 14 months ago. They fought for us whole heartedly during our escrow which was challenging, they forced the buyer of the home we were selling to abide by the law which they were not doing. Mick was prepared to go to court to fight for us. They abided by the Real Estate Laws throughout our entire escrow. They were a pleasure to work with. We have passed their name on to friends to handle their Real Estate needs. Mick and Julie Perez were also our buying agent too. |

I was a pleasure to work with Mick and Julie. I am a widow in my 70"s and have sold many homes through out the years. This couple know their business and were always paying attention to what my needs were as well as making sure all the i's were doted and the t's were crossed. It was a so reassuring for me to know they were always there to answer all my questions as well as to present the questions I may have overlooked. Many many thanks to you, Mick and Julie. Mick & Julie Perez represented us on the sale and purchase of our homes and were the best! They always kept us updated through out the transactions and helped us with difficult decisions. What I really liked about them is they never pushed us to do anything we weren't comfortable with, they always left the final decision to us. BEWARE NEW SCAM FROM CENTURY 21 YARROW & ASSOCIATES in Lancaster, CA..... If you are selling your house or buying your house thru them make sure you read every single paper work they make you sign. We were scammed $4500....And according to them it was all done legally....
