We used Joy to sell our house in a "buyers" market. Joy was a full service realtor. She made recomendations for house improvements that took our house to an asking price higher than we had ever expected and she had it under contract in less than 2 weeks. All this in a market where we saw similar houses sit for 6+ months and drop 10-15% off their asking price! In the end, we could not be happier with the service and expertise Joy brought to the table... It made our experience feel more like a sellers market than a buyers! |

No matter whether the real estate market is booming or struggling one needs a realtor who will put their client's best interest first & one who will work tirelessly to bring together the best outcome. Joy was always ready and willing to show us what we wanted to see and at the times when I were available. I work in the service industry and work weekends and nights. Joy was more than accomidating and met my needs well. Joy has the best personality and gets the job done right. Her knowledge in real estate is incredible and I am thrilled to have her as MY agent. I refer her to all of my friends and clients. Joy will always be my first choice for all her great service. |

Joy is absolutely tops in my book. I had moved from the Lehigh Valley to Los Angeles and had to sell my house in a terribly down market. I followed Joy's point by point recommendations as to improvements and staging and the house sold quickly for a good price. Since I had already moved to California, Joy personnally organized all the work needed on the house while putting me in touch with the right subcontractors. Her work was a model of how knowledge of buyer psychology and get-it-done know-how results in kick-ass results - even in a difficult market!! |

Joy Augustus has been a complete "JOY" to work with. She has a very calming manner and is always smiling. She made us feel very comfortable and was willing to answer our hundreds of questions. This was our second house buying expierence and with two young children it could've been stressful! She always kept us informed every step of the way to guide us in selling our first home and with the purchase of our second. I would highly recommend her if your looking for a happy, well informed, and professional real estate agent. She's the best. I actually miss talking to her and recommend her to all my friends. |

We were on a bit of time restriction to find a house and Joy went out of her way to show us any and all houses we were interested in. She was an absolute "JOY" to work with. |

assessed a $1,000 civil penalty because she induced a party to a contract to
break such contract for the purpose of substituting a new contract, where such
substitution was motivated by the personal gain of licensee. Augustus also
demonstrated bad faith, dishonesty, untrustworthiness or incompetency in a real
