Elizabeth was a very friendly person when we first bought our house. Once we closed and began to take advantage of our builder's warranty, we became more of a "problem" for her than a customer. We had to fight to get things taken care of, and were made to feel guilty for having any problems at all. Numerous comments from other homeowners to not use this realtor/company. Wish we knew this prior to our purchase. |
