I don't understand the comment previously written. Prime Management & Property Inc. has been managing my property for many, many years. Have always found them to be very professional & helpful. Calls are propmtly returned. Mr. Kline's knowledge always very helpful. The independent contractors (for cleaning, landscaper/snow removal etc)are also professional - any time I had an issue with any of them, Prime quickly resolved the issue. Would recommend this mgt. co
I have had the worst luck with this management company. They never return phone calls, and it is almost impossible to get them to fix things. I have also found that the cleaning and upkeep of properties is minimal. Working with them is a chore-- very difficult
