Jordan is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to negotiating, and was extremely effective in the sale of our current home and purchase of our new home. Jordan, did a great job for us on the purchase of our new home and the sale of our current condo. I am happy to say that the price we negotiated on our purchase was extremely competitive in that area of the city, and the sale price for our current condo was surprising once we saw what other units sold at a similar time went for. Overall we were extremely happy with his service and will stay in touch for future opportunities. |

He listens to what you are really looking for in your property search, and he works hard to find it for you. Jordan is great at responding to emails and phone calls. He's able to communicate and send documentation through email which is very convenient. During our first meeting, he spent a lot of time discussing with me and showing me his understanding and experience in the market. He sold my condo within 2 weeks of listing it. |

As a first time buyer, Jordan was very helpful and understanding. Shortly after beginning my search for a new home, Jordan had to be out of town for a while. However, he made sure I was looked after in his absence by referring me to one of his colleagues who was amazing. Jordan is very good at understanding what his client wants. I've sent him a wish list of what I wanted in a condo, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly he managed to find a condo that has everything that I was looking for. As a first time home buyer, I needed a great deal of assistance. luckily for me Jordan is very knowledgeable and helpful. He even recommended me to a mortgage broker, who is also a pleasure to work with. Jordan has made the entire house hunting process very easy for me. |
