Absolute worst agent - we listed our house with him because he sounded good – after we listed our house with him everything was a fight, he made our sale much more stressful then it should have been – he almost lost the deal for us. We cancelled our sale and even though he said he would release us from any obligation he gave us a “conditional cancellation” meaning that we could not list our house until our contract expired (1 year) – terrible agent!!
