We bought our dream home in Sedona w/ Bruce Tobias' diligent assistance. We started our search in October 2010 & completed closing March 2011. We did not know any real estate agents in Sedona. We only knew how beautiful Sedona is. We called to inquire about a property north of Sedona & were referred to Bruce thru that listing agent as he didn't service the Sedona area. He highly recommended Bruce. We are so happy we found Bruce. Our experience w/ Bruce was nothing short of fantastic. We are NOT in the real estate business, so we don't want anyone reading this review to think we are doing Bruce a favor by writing such a high accolade of him. He REALLY listened to what it was we were looking for & what price range we wanted to stay in. He NEVER tried to talk us in to a higher priced property. He treated us as though we were going to be his neighbor soon & wanted to do right by us. Bruce is punctual, professional, & VERY knowledgeable (20+ years in the biz & not as a HOBBY!). |
