Mr. Fotovich is a great agent who was always available to talk with me concerning my needs for finding the right house for my family. He spent countless hours with me making sure all my needs were met. I would definitely use him again.
We found this agent very knowledgable and reliable. We told him we were looking for something with specific amenities. We had worked with two other realtors who kept taking us to houses that didn't meet our specifications. Mr. Fotovich was very understanding and courteous, and showed us only listings that met our criteria. We ended up liking him so much, we had him list our house, as well as listing our parents home (looking to downsize). I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting someone who is serious about getting your home sold and finding you what you want without wasting your time.
This realtor showed up with no notice after being told a one hour lead time was required by centralized showing. Then he proceeded to treat my wife who was holding a 7 month old child rudely because he showed up with no notice and she wasn't ready to show the house. He stated that centralized showing never called him back when they confirmed that they had. Then he complained because the listing real estate company posted "feature cards" around the house. I would strongly recommend that people avoid this realtor. He's rude and arrogant.
