I contacted this realtor in regards to one of the properties that he had listed on a website. When I contacted him and he got a chance to call me back, he made me feel like I was wasting his time. I am working with another agent, but was looking to see his property without my agent present for convience sake, and he insulted the process that I was using as well as the agent whom I am working with. I did not find him to be helpful nor did he schedule an appointment for me to come look at his property. I have also looked at other properties that were listed through his office, and no one had a problem showing me the property that they had listed without my agent. He states "some of us are very busy" so I guess showing the property to me would have taken up too much of his time. I would not recommend him to anyone. |
