I can't imagine a finer realtor than Sherry. She will tell you exactly what you need to do to get your home sold at the highest price possible. She will work with you to make sure the price is right (even though everyone thinks their house is worth more!) She had only our best interest in mind when negotiating on our behalf. I would have Sherry representing me for every real estate transaction and am always recommending her to friends and family. She is the best! |

Terrible realtor. Bad photos, bad marketing copy, misspellings in emails. I tried to contact her once through her "email me" link on her web site. She lectured me via phone and email about how I "shouldn't generate false leads". When, I was only using th form to get her email address. We had an offer from a famly that needed 100% financing, 0 down and we were going to cover closing costs. The appraisal came in low (of course due to the financing risk). We wanted to put the house back on the market, but she refused unless we dropped the price by $30K! She said the house was too overpriced and she doesn't want to waste her time to sell it. The house is valued on Zillow for more than the original list price. She's just lazy and would rather get her money quickly and move on (of course). So, we told her to kiss off and we'd find another realtor. Sure is funny that she was fine selling the home for the asking price to the first offer! But now, that's $30K too high. |
