Kept Buyers from getting a desired home (as the Buyers agent) when the listing agent selling the property offered to reduce her commission to make the deal happen; Elyse Arbour refused to give any of her commission unlike the other agent and the Buyers lost out on the property. Pretends to be present at open houses when she has other agents actually doing the open houses. Has assistant do nearly 100% percent of the work. The assistant emailed us. The assistant returned our phone calls. The assistant showed our property. THe assistant emailed us properties. The assistant was at our Tuesday open house. And yet when we inquired what commission/pay the assistant received, we were shocked to find out she made next to nothing. We should have hired the assistant instead of this selfish, greedy, dishonest agent.
