The Shudnow's really helped us. My husband and I were going through a divorce, and just wanted to get out of the house without a foreclosure or bankruptcy. Marc and Iva really helped us do that. I was very surprised when Bank of America let us out of both loans without paying any money back to them. I really appreciated all that they did for me.
My husband and I were so worried about foreclosure. We contacted and discussed it with Marc. He was very up front with us, and explained everything to us. We got out on a Short Sale and now we feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of us, and we can move forward with our life.

Marc came to my house and met with my husband and I. He promised to keep in touch with us (so did my last 2 agents) and I was skeptical. I must say, that he did. I received an email from him every week and his wife Iva called me personally every other week. We also received numerous phone calls whenever anything came up. He is the first agent who actually did what he said he would. I loved his showing service. I was able to log in any time and see my showings and the agent responses. Marc really does have a good company. I thought all agents were 1 person shows, but there is a difference when you actually get a service company to work with. Marc helped me Short Sale my home. I was very confused on what to do. I was in Foreclosure and received many letters from attorneys telling me to go bankrupt. I didn't want to. I searched on line and found Marc's site and called him. He helped me and I was able to short sale my home. I didn't have to file bankruptcy.
