1000 chars isn't nearly enough. Unbelievably bad on all counts. Wasted weeks of our time unnecessarily by not answering calls or emails and stretching out a process that should have only taken a few hours. Unwilling to make reasonable accomodations and negotiations to meet the market standards. Defaulted on the contract at settlement by not having the termite inspection in until 5 days after the home inspection results were sent to him when he had 45 days to complete it. Completely unprofessional in his demeanor when working with our agent and showed a total lack of respect by dragging his feet at every turn. His title company wants nothing to do with him any longer. He's an investor and doesn't even have contractors on call to fix the walk-through items because nobody will work with him beyond their initial interaction. He's a miserable, petty, deplorable person and he turned what should have been a happy time for my wife and I into months of angst and stress for no reason. |
