She was awesome-sold my home in 4 days, showed to closing and still keeps me up to date on what is going on. |

Dawn collected money but never came to closing. Worked only four hours at contract to collect 3% when major problems (i.e. wrong name on title) were happening. NO COMMUNICATION AND COMPLETE DISREGARD TO MY (BUYER) NEEDS TO FINILIZE THE DEAL. I had to do 100% of the work with title company to make the sale happen. |
