On our own, we had been looking for a home for about 3 months. We met Jody and within two weeks we had put an offer on and bought our home. Jody was very helpful throughout the entire process. We would and do recommend her to everyone. |

My short sale recently closed. It took about 8 months... maybe longer!!! And Jody stuck with it and fought for me the entire time.Jody is very knowledgeable, has great work ethic and puts you first. Hope to work with again! |

As an out of town seller Jody was incredibly helpful and made what could have been a painful process a thousand times easier. She also clearly knows her market and has great contacts. I would use her again without hesitation and can recommend her highly! |

Jody is a wonderful real estate agent. I would recommend her any day of the week. The process of purchasing our home ran close to 3 months. We hit alot of speed bumps but Jody kept patient and kept us going. Not only is she a real estate agent but she became our friend. |

Jody was so patient with us and a great cheerleader! After a long time looking we found just the right place. (She said she would). Her knowledge and help throughout this home looking and buying process was invaluable. We didn't know much about house buying but from the first meeting with her, felt that Jody was very skilled and honest. If she made a promise, it was taken care of immediately. She was so very patient throughout all our questions and concerns. We hopefully won't have to buy a house again, but if we do we would call her immediately. And of course we would recommend her highly. |

we started our search for our new home the end of april 2010, and by the end of july we not only found the perfect home but were moved into it too. we owe all our thanks to jody, she made our search not only fun but also the perfect experience ever:) she made it all happen for us, we went from 6 yers of renting and throwing our money away to now owning our own home. jody not only an excellent realator, but also an awesome friend and awesome co-worker. i would reccomend this realator to anyone and everyone i know. she made sure we not only got a new home, but also made sure it entailed everything we were looking for. we love you jody, your the absolute best:) thanks you for such an awesome experience:) |

From the minute she showed up to show me the house .. she has gone above and beyond her call of duty to do what ever needed done. She is one of the nicest, friendliest, honest people I have ever met. I hope to stay in touch with her even after the closing of my home.. She is a Wonderful and Great Person.. She Knows What Needs Done and Does It Well. |

Ms. Jody O'Neil has made my home finding and buying a very pleasant experience. I consider her as a friend who has helped me find the home that fits me and my needs perfectly. She was always available for any of my questions, and helped me, even while I was out of the country on business. Her style and manner of doing business was very professional and personal at the same time. I had the feeling that she really had my interests in mind and not her commission. We can't say enough good things about Jody! She is a fabulous agent and person, we would not only classify her as our agent but now as our friend! Jody has been with us every step of the way in buying our new home and selling our current home! I can always count on her to respond immediately when I call about something and we really appreciate that. She is super knowledgable and is extremely honest and tells it like it is and that is why we love her so much! We most appreciate all her follow up with other agents after showings, this gives the seller an idea of how the house is showing and what might need to be improved on to get a sale. Jody is the best.(that's a period) She is very knowledgable regarding selling real estate, and she will give you many tips on making your property more appealing to everyone. Most important of all (to me..that is), is that Jody is honest. You can trust her and know she will deal with you honestly. This agent goes totally out of her way to work for the buyer! She is on top of the whole transaction from start to finish. She also does things above and beyond to make the purchase a pleasant ecperience, even in ADVERSE conditions. She is what you need when you have a selling agent that is useless. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a new home. She made our transition from Colorado to Washington a pleasant experience. There should be more agents like her in the world. Jody spent a great deal of her own time making sure our home made it to 'sold'. It was a tough road for us and she never fell short or stopped working her very hardest, she always put forth the extra effort. She is a very professional and personable realator, with a winning personality. We have taken advantage of her ability again in the sale of our mothers home, and we know she will continue to represent us with her exceptional skill and experience. Jody is by far the best agent that I have ever encountered. She has gone above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. As with a lot of house buying, there has been a lot of road bumps in our quest, and Jody has handled it all with real grace. Jody has always been available to answer questions (sometimes numerous times!) She is the one of the most thoughtful, caring and hard working people I have ever met.
