This agent kept telling us she has been in town for 23 years and knows the neighborhood. She lied to us repeatedly, tried to have her friend buy the house under the pretense that she is licensed agent but currently not working but wants half the commission. Mary had us sign paperwork ie home insurance coverage and then said the buyer now wants home inspection (who showed up and it was like old home week) and these idiots nit picked the house (25 years old) and supposedly knows these houses said we did not have a water connection for the frig when clearly the ice maker was working. Mary also told us she was going to split her commission with the buyer. We did sign the listing agreement and I thought it said Mary was suppose to represent us. I believe she in unethical and want to make her money and run. Asked her to kick in $500 to help and she said "That's no the way I do business." I would not trust her as she wants to provide you services with everyone she is in bed with. |
