She exceeded our expectations 10000 times! Our house was sold in 2 days, 25K over asking! She prepared our house so well including painting & staging. Awesome advertising and it was.. Listed and Sold over night! I would highly recommend her to anyone selling their home. |

We thought it would be easy, but buying a house is very frustrating and stressful. Now we know, We were lucky to have Silvia by our side. She was absolutely amazing and very, very patient, on call 24-7, with us all the time. We've recommended her to all of our friends and will do so in the future. If you are thinking to buy or sell a house, don't hesitate, call her, you are looking for an agent anyway? |
