I made an appointment with Joesph to see my house.He called once and said he's going to be late, he called again later after the appointed time and said he's not coming at all. He went by pictures he had seen online and decided not to even look at the house. Claimed the house was not worth what I paid for it and that he didn't want to waste his time. I have done years of work to the house and the house is worth more than what I paid. I have taken an equity loan out and the bank appraised the house at $40K more than what I paid. A realitor that doesn't keep appointments and won't look at a house he knows nothing about shouldn't be in real estate. Avoid this agent. |
