Joan was not our realitor, but the realitor we bought our house from. She did not read the contract losing her client some money, blamed our realitor for being unethical, and told us we were not being fair. This all due to her not reading the contract or the 5 counteroffers that were submitted. I would not recommend her as I did not think she acted professionall and did not complete the tasks she should have on her clients behalf. |
