Terrible! Awful! Appalling! How can I say it more strongly? It took over a week to get the listing on the website, he never took inside photos and did not post hte outside photos he claimed to take. I had to fight to get a copy of the contract, he never gave me the fliers I requested over and over, he blamed ME for the house not showing. He did not return calls and after I fired him he refused to get the lock box off my door for over three weeks so I could not list with another agent. To top it off he hung up on me when I told him I was angry. Today the door knob comes off and the box will go in the front yard, I am done playing. He is a waste of your time and a rip off, not to mention a childish jerk. I am more disappointed then I thought I even could be in this market. |
