Rented a dingy apartment for 5 years. Not a single remodel done in 35 years. When I moved out kept 168.00 for a stained toilet (20-25 years old)and then charged to redust the blinds I had just dusted, say they washed the outside of the 35 year old cabinets and vanity that I spent an hour cleaning. I steralized the medicine cabinet and they said it had to be cleaned (I had sprayed and cleaned with chrolrox). Then charged to replace their furnace filter. All in all, do not rent unless you just want to kiss off your deposit. Just a another scam artist. They said I should of been there for the walk through. I moved 95 miles away and they had refused to be there on the day I left. Oh yea, also forced me to pay to have a 25 year old carpet cleaned. OLD and dingy and I am out 300.00- DO NOT RENT FROM WALLACE REALITY!!! |
