I have sold over 50 various pieces of real estate in my life, and I have dealt with many realtors. I was in Oregon recently to settle my uncles estate,and sell his home.I was referred to Debbie by a cousin from the area. She did a market evaluation, which we approved and we listed with her company. She sold the home within two weeks with a full price offer plus a backup offer. She also helped with many other tasks that were not her responsibility. She was a God send,I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a trust-worhty person that goes beyond the call of duty. |

Debbie Skaggs & her husband Rick were the biggest fakes and phonies around! Totally unprofessional and acknowledgeable. Offered to sell my house and gave me a price much higher than other real estate agents. Of course my home never sold and they kept dropping the price much lower than it should be sold for according to other real estate agents. They were just in a hurry to make a sale! Add that to the fact that they were going to help me find a new home and didn't tell me that the house I was looking at was on a flood plain. They were much more interested in motorcycles and money rather than doing a good honest job for the customer. My advice is NEVER EVER use either of these 2 people! JL Scott was the worst real estate agency I went to. Lots of BS and handshaking, real short on common sense and a proven sales record. BEWARE! |
