Avoid this guy. I rented a townhouse through him and it was by far the worst experience i encountered. the flat is falling apart. his as responsive as talking to a brick wall. I had to text him! to get his attention. He forgot to give me the keys to the mailbox at first day. he didn't gave me the keys to the pool. lost my check for my deposit and rent.... need i say more?
