I met Tertia when she was selling a friend's home and I was impressed by her professionalism and trustworthiness. Fast track a couple of years the Fall 2011 when my husband and I were selling our house. We knew we wanted to work with an agent that would be reliable, with strong communication skills in presenting and listening with the ability to understand our needs. I knew Tertia met all of those requirements but she also surprised us with her strong strong negotiating skills. The seller of the house we purchased was unfortunately represented by an agent who was extremely unprofessional, uncooperative and very rude. Tertia had an uphill battle from the start! She was tremendous and held her dignity in times where she could have acted in the same manner as the other agent. We could not have done this without Tertia's help and it frightens me to think what kind of situation this could have ended in had Tertia not been our agent. |

Tertia was the most helpful real estate agent I have ever come across. She is honest & knowledgeable. She is a great negotiator and was able to solve problems throughout the process in a very calm but diligent way. |

One of my friends recommended Tertia to me to help me sell my townhouse and buy a bigger home. I was extremely satisfied with her service and professionalism. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is tough when negotiating. Most importantly, my interests were her number one priority, being patient & providing useful advice throughout the process. I was glad that I had Tertia on my side. I recommended her to my mother-in-law (and if that isn't an endorsement...then I don't know what is:-)! |

Very friendly, professional, courteous and conscientious. Tertia takes the work out of home buying and makes it a pleasant and fun process where you learn alot along the way. Highly recommended. |

Tertia was recommended to me by one my friends, whom she worked with for three properties already. Having Tertia as our Real Estate Agent is our pleasure and our luck!
