STAY AWAY! This Realtor has no problem "mis-informing" you about any property you look at. He just wants your commission and the faster you realize how much you hate your new apartment once you've moved in and leave, the faster he can get someone else in and make more commission. ALSO, do not make the same mistake thinking he is there to help you once you are in your new home. He will stab you in the back so fast you won't know what hit you. Problem with your landlord? BEWARE, this guy will help file any paperwork to get you out. This has happened to myself and several other people I have spoken with. Do yourself a favor and find a new Realtor ASAP!!! |
