We are so thankful we found Ann as our Realtor. We are thrilled with the results of her hard work--a great little house in a super neighborhood. Not an easy task with a strict budget and a long list of wants and needs. Ann took us around tirelessly, kept in contact with us daily via phone or e-mail, and always got back with us promptly (if not immediately) if we had a question. She is a personable, more than competent realtor that is also very knowledgeable about the different communities she serves. This was a Godsend for us coming from out of the area. And I appreciated the way that Ann is truly there to help you--not just to make a sale. If she has reservations about a property she will let you know. (I'm so glad I listened to her!) We are have moved MANY times due to my husbands job and being ex-military and she is by far the best realtor we've ever worked with. We can't thank her enough. I highly recommend Ann Antosca for anyone looking for a home. |

Ann is an exceptional real estate agent. Over the past 10 years, I have bought and sold several properties. I was so satisfied with the way Ann handled my initial property purchase, that I have returned to her for each subsequent real estate transaction since that time. Ann is very knowledgable, and when she dosen't know the answer, she will find the answer through her many qualified and expert network of associates. Ann makes you feel as if you are her only client, and works very hard for you. I always feel like I am in the best hands when Ann is my agent. |

Ann's comments on our house were very helpful. She worked with us to make the house more appealing. She held a fantastic open house with 31 attendees! Our house sold in a month! |

Ann was a phenominal real estate agent. She worked hard for what was best for my family. She sold our house in a bad economy and found us something that suited what we needed. I refer her to all of my friends, family and anyone else who needs to buy or sell a home. She doesn't treat you like a client, she treats you like family. |
