David Delaney was absolutely fantastic at helping us to understand exactly what was going to happen throughout the entire process from listing the home, marketing, showing the home, to finding the buyer and negotiating the best price possible. Once we gotbinto escrow that level of service continued until he delivered the check, WOW, we have sold a home before and never got the level of service that David provided from start to finish. I would recommend David to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. We will definitely use him again and refer him to our family and friends, he was fantastic! |
