Kay was unprofessional, unprepared, condescending, and ethically challenged. She misrepresented her intentions on more than one occasion and missed multiple appointments and follow-up. Kay Schobe even directed blame to her “assistant”. After learning I had intentions to list my house with another agent, she attempted to cast fear and doubt on my Realtor of choice because they’re local and not a national firm. That’s a huge advantage in my book!
She wasted my time doing her research on the phone and didn’t even remember we had spoken three days prior and covered this entire conversation.
I don’t want to waste anymore of my time with Kay Schobe and neither should you. Luckily for Richmond there are many other choices out there for Realtors other than Kay Schobe. |
