Dual Agency created many problems. I used Puffer Morris as a buyer's agent and they did not look out for my interests in any way. Puffer Morris had was also the seller's agent. The seller had two agents in my transaction and I had none. I have reported them to PA Real Estate Commission for these agency issues. AVOID DUAL AGENCY in small real estate firm if you are the buyer.
