If you are a first time home buyer in the $100k to $225k range she will actually tell you like she told me, "Well I'm not going to make much off this sale." Inappropriate response to a potential buyer. She is disrespectful and quite unreasonable in her approach to a buyer who is not in the $400k and up range. I would go with another realtor and I would never suggest a buyer hire Mrs. Barlow. She is knowledgable about the homes she sells, but is not paying close attention to what the market is doing right now and how she could be making considerable profit with a higher number of sales for little work instead of waiting for the "big" one to bring her one huge profit. I was offended at how she treated us. |
