Staci went well beyond the call of duty to help us secure our home. She made sure our funding agency was treating us fairly and when it appeared that our loan would not be funded she pulled her numerous resources to help us find a competent funding agency. She also secured an adequate closing date extention to make sure we could close on our house on time. Any other agent would let the deal fail but Staci persisted in an extremely professional manner to insist that all parties work together to close on our house on time. Staci Bias knows real estate. She was able to assess numerous houses with us and help us rule out houses that were overpriced or that were in need of repair above and beyond the asking price.
