When I needed to find a rental home we did what many people do - hit the web.
I contacted a wide variety of agents, and Julie was the only one that was responsive, reliable, and listened to what I was asking for. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was 100% committed to helping us find exactly what we wanted and worked very hard to present all available options.
It ended up that the only open unit in the community we wanted was represented by another realtor, but Julie still went out of her way to help us get it. As far as I am aware, Julie is now working in a Broker capacity, so I'm not sure if she can directly show properties, but I would trust anyone that she recommends without question.
My husband is a scientist at The Scripps Research Institute. Many graduate students and post-doctoral fellows come to Scripps needing rental homes - I will always refer anyone looking to Julie, without fail. |
