From the first day my house was listed I had non stop viewings and it sold in about 6 weeks which was great considering it had a few issues. Everything was conducted forthrightly and Greg was awesome in communication and availability. And he also recommended the best law firm ever if you need a lawyer. Everything went so smoothly.

I wouldn't want any realtor other than Greg. He tells it like it is and is an amazing negotiator. He was able to negotiate down the price of our new home - even in a boom. You definitely want Greg on your side!
