I have completed several real estate transactions with Rebecca and I have been completely satisfied each time. I know realtors are not always held in high regard and there are reasons for that; Rebecca is not in that camp, she will work for you and keep your interests first and foremost when buying. She is willing to work a lot harder and longer for her commission vs selling you the first thing you see with your rose colored glasses. When it comes to selling a property she will be honest and tell you what your house is actually worth, based on comparables, not just give you high price to get your listing and ultimately waste your time. She has a good eye for design/staging and if you take her advice your house will sell in short order because she knows what appeals to the average buyer and is not afraid to let you know. Chances are if you are listing your house you want to sell it, so why not deal with someone who will help facilitate that transaction and has your back all the way. |
