Terrible service! He set up a date to view and list our farm and never showed up. He never phoned to re-book or offer an excuse. Nothing but silence - and this from a man who was quite excited to list our farm because he knows the place and thought it very sale-able. I could have phoned to ask what happened, but to be fair, if I have to chase him, then he won't likely be motivated to sell our place, either. We spent an entire afternoon waiting for a no-show agent! Very poor service. I can do better elsewhere. |
