STAY AWAY!!! My wife and I lived in a condo association, and half the units said to use this guy to sell our property after a flood because he was in their coffee group. Initially, he was pleasant to work with. Once the business aspect was brought out though, he quickly changed tunes. I asked him clarification questions, and he would give a shady answer. When asked again, he would get flustered then start to fidget. After about 10 minutes, he started making statements that were the opposite of what he said previously. When called out on it, he started to get even more upset then finally threw the contract at us and told us to find another agent. I tried to calm him down, my wife tried, and every question we asked afterwards, he would start to answer then stop and say to find another agent. When I asked for his manager to make a complaint, he sent me into his SON'S office. His son looked at me blankly while I expressed my concerns, then told me to have a nice day. STAY AWAY!! |
