Out of the blue, I get an unsolicited phone call from this guy, asking me if I "might be looking to buy or sell property." If this guy thinks it's appropriate or effective to make random phone calls to people he never met (just in case they want to buy or sell a house), then in my opinion he is a complete idiot. I'll stick with a realtor who knows how to generate leads without making junk phone calls. |
