I could not have asked for a better agent to help me find my dream home! She was able to answer every question I had along the way and if she couldn't she did her absolute best to find me an answer. From the very beginning she knew exactly what kind of home I was hoping to find for my family and me. Upon finding the home we wished to purchase, Tracy was very on task and prompt about helping us get the contract and offer together as quickly as possible. She gave us great advice in what offer to make and what specifics to ask for when it came to the closing. This agent has left a remarkable impact in my life and I have never worked with someone more pleasant. It is clear that she loves what she does and I recommend her to anyone that is looking to purchase or even sell a home! |

I know hundreds of real estate agents. I have bought and sold a lot of properties. Tracy Bonito is truly the most competent, honest, pleasant and trustworthy Realtor I have ever met - bar none! I highly recommend her!I hope that anyone who visits this site and needs a Realtor contacts Tracy. You will never be sorry you did. |

I was very underwhelmed with the poor service I received, so much so that I went to another local agency. The agent was unprofessional and extremely rude. She was consistently unavailable and hard to work with. I would not recommend this agent to anyone. |
