Meir helped us find our new home. He found us a suitable property, within our price range (he did not try to "up" our buying price, as other agents may do) and he negotiated a GREAT price on our behalf! Meir kept us in the loop the entire buying process and even found us a great lender! We were very happy with Meir performance and are actually just about to start looking for a new home, using Meir services and expertise, of course! |

We were referred to Mr. Aloni by close friends of ours (they used Mr. Aloni to buy their home). Boy, are we GLAD we trusted their opinion and we hired Mr. Aloni to sell our home. Mr. Aloni was our FOURTH:( agent in 22 months, but he was our LAST:) By using some savvy marketing techniques, Mr. Aloni caused a fierce bidding war for our home among couple of buyers, and we got MORE than we asked for! Thru the entire process, from our first meeting to the closing day, we were fully kept in the loop by Mr. Aloni and his team, who were very patience with us, our fears and our (many) questions….We will gladly use Mr. Aloni services again and we will, for sure, refer our friends and relatives to him and his team. Worse mistake of my life! AVOID like a plague! Uses a non standard rent agreement and charges full fee for automatic renewals no matter what the lease does he takes his in advance. Wish never met him. |
