Folks, I hope you learn from my experience of working with this woman as my buyers agent. This woman is unprofessional and most importantly, dishonest..Please stay away.. Here are some examples: a)We were knew and felt queasy but took her up to be the buyers agent knowing she was the listing agent for the home we found. Turns out she was also the buyers agent and sellers agent of the home our seller was buying..She NEVER disclosed it.. b) She did not point out the most important hazard our home had, i.e. backs into Euclid .. kept saying this road is never busy.. c) Very intentionally showed us the home during evening hrs of weekend..we never realized how bad the road noise was..d) Lied about a number of things saying things like there is nothing wrong with aluminum wiring and we were overreacting when we asked for copper pigtailing..e) Foxed us by bringing her own inspector who missed half the problems...we spent 25 K once we moved in..the list goes on and on..we were gullible and paid |
