She does not seem to be all there, just makes things up that she thinks you want to hear. She will tell you one thing one day, then apparantly forget about it and tell you something entirely different on another day. Also doesn't seem to think real estate law applies to her. She will say that she is an "investment broker" and runs a "property management business" but if you check with DRE you will see she is not a broker and the so called property management business is not registered or licensed so i assume it is illegal. |
