David smid represented the buyer of our home. never put any money into escrow as agreed upon and continued stalling us for 3 months. was terrible to deal with never returned messages and emails for days. even his principal broker was upset with him, although also did nothing. our real estate agent was surprised how patient we were. He is awful!!!
